「ライトワーズ」プライバシーポリシー

[オリーブシステム合同会社]（以下、「当方」といいます）は、提供する iOS アプリケーション「ライトワーズ」（以下、「本アプリ」といいます）における、ユーザーの個人情報およびご利用情報の取り扱いについて、以下のとおりプライバシーポリシー（以下、「本ポリシー」といいます）を定め、その保護に努めます。

  取得情報: App Store が発行する購入レシート情報（Receipt Data）、トランザクション ID、サブスクリプションの有効期限。
  目的: 有料機能（プレミアムプラン）の有効化、決済状態の確認、復元（Restore）処理のため。
  ※ 当方がクレジットカード情報や Apple ID のパスワードを直接収集・保持することはありません。決済はすべて Apple Inc. の決済システム（StoreKit）を通じて行われます。
• お問い合わせ情報
  取得情報: ユーザーのメールアドレス、お問い合わせ内容。
  目的: ユーザーからの問い合わせに対する回答およびサポート提供のため。
• 端末情報およびログ情報
  取得情報: OS のバージョン、端末種別、クラッシュログ等。
  目的: 不具合の調査・修正、および本アプリの品質向上のため。

本アプリでは、対話カード等のコンテンツ生成のために外部のAI（人工知能）サービスGemini API（有料プラン）を利用しています。ユーザーが入力したテキストデータは応答生成のためにGoogle LLMサーバーへ送信されますが、**入力されたデータがAIの学習（トレーニング）目的に利用・保持されることはありません。**また、個人を特定する情報と紐付けて管理されることもありません。

5. 安全管理措置

当方は、取得した情報の紛失、破壊、改ざんおよび漏洩などを防止するため、適切なセキュリティ対策を実施し、厳重に管理いたします。

6. 個人情報の開示・訂正・削除
