「ライトワーズ」利用規約

[オリーブシステム合同会社]（以下、「当方」といいます）が提供する iOS アプリケーション「ライトワーズ」（以下、「本アプリ」といいます）のご利用にあたり、以下のとおり利用規約（以下、「本規約」といいます）を定めます。本アプリを利用することで、ユーザーは本規約に同意したものとみなされます。

1. サービスの内容

本アプリは、気付き励ましの言葉（ライトワーズ）の閲覧・管理機能を提供するアプリケーションです。無料機能のほか、アプリ内課金（サブスクリプション）によるプレミアム機能を提供します。

2. サブスクリプション（有料プラン）

• お支払い: お支払いは、購入確定時にユーザーの Apple ID アカウントに請求されます。
• 自動更新: サブスクリプションは、現在の期間が終了する少なくとも24時間前までに自動更新を解除しない限り、自動的に更新（継続課金）されます。
• 更新料金の請求: 現在の期間が終了する前24時間以内に、更新料金がアカウントに請求されます。
• 自動更新の管理・解約: ユーザーは、購入後に iPhone の「設定」＞「Apple ID」＞「サブスクリプション」から、いつでもサブスクリプションの管理や自動更新の解除（解約）を行うことができます。
• 無料トライアル: 無料トライアル（お試し期間）が提供されている場合、未消化分の無料期間は、ユーザーがそのコンテンツのサブスクリプションを購入した時点で失効します。
• 返金: 決済完了後のキャンセルおよび返金手続きは Apple Inc. のポリシーに従い、Apple 側で直接処理されます。当方で直接の返金対応は行えません。

3. 知的財産権

本アプリに含まれるテキスト、画像、デザイン、プログラム等のコンテンツに関する著作権その他の知的財産権は、当方または正当な権利を有する第三者に帰属します。ユーザーはこれらを無断で転載、複製、改変、再配布することはできません。

4. 禁止事項

ユーザーは、本アプリの利用にあたり、以下の行為を行ってはなりません。

• 法令または公序良俗に反する行為
• 本アプリのリバースエンジニアリング、逆コンパイル、逆アセンブル等
• 本アプリのサーバーやネットワークに過度な負荷をかける行為
• 本アプリの運営を妨害するおそれのある行為
• その他、当方が不適切と判断する行為

5. 免責事項

• 当方は、本アプリに事実上または法律上の瑕疵（安全性、信頼性、正確性、完全性、有効性、特定の目的への適合性、セキュリティ等に関する欠陥、エラーやバグ、権利侵害等を含む）がないことを明示的にも黙示的にも保証しておりません。
• 当方は、本アプリに起因してユーザーに生じたあらゆる損害について、当方の故意または重過失による場合を除き、一切の責任を負いません。

6. 利用規約の変更

当方は、必要と判断した場合には、ユーザーに事前通知することなくいつでも本規約を変更することができるものとします。変更後の規約は、本ページに掲載した時点から効力を生じます。

Terms of Use for "Lightwords"

OliveSystem G.K. ("we," "our," or "us") sets forth these Terms of Use ("Terms") for using the iOS application "Lightwords" (the "App"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services Offered

The App provides features for viewing and managing Bible verses and encouraging words ("Lightwords"). In addition to free features, the App offers premium functionality through in-app auto-renewable subscriptions.

2. In-App Subscriptions

• Payment: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Renewal Charges: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• Managing Subscriptions: You can manage or cancel your subscriptions at any time by going to your iPhone Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions after purchase.
• Free Trials: Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription to that publication, where applicable.
• Refunds: All purchases and refund requests are governed by Apple Inc.'s payment policies. We cannot directly process cancellations or refunds.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights in and to the App and its contents (including text, graphics, design, and code) belong to us or our licensors. Unapproved reproduction, distribution, or modification is strictly prohibited.

4. Prohibited Activities

When using the App, you agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or public policy.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App.
• Impose an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure or servers.
• Interfere with or attempt to interfere with the proper working of the App.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

• The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
• In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the App, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any updated Terms will become effective immediately upon being posted on this page.
